Mike's BBQ Menu:

1)Bacon Wrapped Burnt End Stella Pizza w/ Caramelized Onions (white pizza with drizzle of bbq sauce)?

2)Philly Phattie Vesuvio - I make a smoked stuffed sausage, for this i would stuff with "Bracciole" . Slice it, put it in the pizza with smoked mozz and ricotta... (I'll attach a pic of a Phattie) (I dig the fire feature)

3)Smoked Brisket Grilled Pizza Dough Panni- Smoked Brisket, BBQ sauce, Carolina Slaw, maybe some Italian melty cheese?
