Newbold CDC is excited to kick off the summer with a new festival for 2017 - the Newbold Blues Festival! 

Join us on the 1900 block of South Bancroft Street (next to Second District Brewery), on Saturday, June 17th, from 12 to 5pm!
The Newbold Blues Festival is a music, BBQ, and craft beer street part that celebrates our Newbold neighborhood. This year's festival will feature:

- 4 Newbold restaurants: 
Second District Brewing
Chaat and Chai
Grubhouse
Mike's BBQ

- 4 South Philly craft breweries and a regional distillery: 
Brewery ARS
Nodding Head Brewery
Point Breeze Brewing
Second District Brewing
Manatawny Still Works

- 5 live music shows (blues/rock/funk/soul):

Afterwards, join us from 6:30-10 pm at Brewery ARS for the After-Party, sponsored by AJ Appliance, for the unveiling of an exclusive beer, a blues set by Phil Romeo, desserts from local bakeries, and some of Mike Strauss's delicious barbecue!
